Company Profile:The managing partner and founder, Ted Spencer, recognized that Canada’s manufacturing community was not taking advantage of a lucrative opportunity for recovering research and development tax refunds and credits. Ted established the business in 1992 to address this opportunity. He has a technical writing background and is a member of the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants.
