The managing partner and founder, Ted Spencer recognized that Canada’s manufacturing community was not taking advantage of a lucrative opportunity for recovering research and development tax refunds and credits.  Ted established the business in 1992 to address this opportunity.  He has a technical writing background and is an accredited Chartered Accountant.  Ted can easily deal with technical and/or financial aspects of the submission.
